About: Skye is very easy-going. She loves a nice little walk on the couch and to play in peoples hair. She gets along with Troy and is cage mates with Elliot.
Likes: Hair, sleeping in her hammock, walking, and playing with Troy and Elliot.
Dislikes: Baths and people playing with her ears.


Troy

About: Troy is a very hyper, food-loving, paper-shredding bundle of fur. She loves to be scratched and run around on my bed. She also loves it when I play "tag" with my hand and she tackles it and turns over for me to give her belly a rub. She had seizures when she was little, but now she's an extremely healthy and spoiled ratty.
Likes: Food, running on my bed, shredding paper, running on my desk, getting scratched, and sleeping in her hammock.
Dislikes: Bath time, my other rat; Elliot, and frozen peaches.

Slinky

About: Slinky is the sweetheart of the bunch, but a little odd compared to my other two. She's the only rat out of my three who will sleep in a hammock, use the rodent wheel, and sway her head from side to side. I believe she has ruby eyes (the really dark red that appear normal). She's so very affectionate, and a very calm rat. She's had an ear infection and upper respiratory infection, but is all better now. She is the largest of all my rats.
Loves: Giving little rat kisses, cranberries, burying her head in the crook of my elbow and burrowing under things
Dislikes: Loud noises, other rats trying to play with her when she's not in the mood. She rolls with most things.


Pogo

Marking: Incomplete brown hood with a white dot on her forehead
Hair: Standard
About: Pogo is the shy one, who really don't like all that much attention, and will shy away from in most of the time. However, when it's play time she is the most rambunctious, and I believe the alpha of my little pack, since she wins the most matches, despite being my smallest rat. She picks up on keywords the fastest.
Loves: Having a place to build fort and hide out, wrestling, being naughty and sneaking off.
Dislikes: Head scritches, being picked up, sudden movement. She's gotta sniff first.


Atari

Marking: Rich brown hood with brown splotches on the spine
Hair: Standard
About: Atari was the rat I purchased to keep Pogo company while Slinky was sick, so Pogo would not get lonely. She made a wonderful addition to the family, and fit right in, being am ix between Pogo and Slinky. Atari cannot sit still to save her life unless she's sleeping, and she's the typical pack rat of the group. She's especially fond of peanuts when its feeding time, but she stashes everything in the open and that leads to theft by the other two. Atari is slightly smaller then Slinky, but noticeably bigger than Pogo
Loves: Head scratches, Peanuts, chewing on things hung up high, climbing, eating every hammock I've tried to put in the cage
Dislikes: Being left alone, and being picked up while sleeping. Like Slinky, she's very open to just about anything.

Dumbi 'Bibble' Düsentrieb

About: (Named after Disney's 'Gyro Gearloose': 'Daniel Düsentrieb' in German.) She's my best and my treasure. Sporty and playful. Brave Dumbi does not know fear and panic, just curiosity; trusting humans blindly, welcomes new faces.
Very easy to be handled, never bites. Always hustling and bustling around, restless, climbing wallpapers, curtains, the wardrobe and every human leg that passes her to be taken for a ride, exploring new worlds...
She and her sister 'Fluse' have never experienced anything cruel and bad from humans or life in general, all my other rats came as 'second-hand' and 'disposable products' wasted by former owners.
Loves: hitch-hiking for trouser-legs, being in motion, jumping, kissing Daddy, gnawing socks and shirts, uncooked spaghetti, dandelion
Dislikes: Being left in her cage or closed play area, being picked from any high place and put down to the floor


Öhrchen (Little Ear)

About: My beauty queen, my little plushy, fluffy polar bear. As 6-weeks-old baby she was saved out of a teenagers flat where 3 or 4 rats became 300. Been full of fleas, suffered from Leptospirosis, and another rat ate her ears.
Today she is healthy and clean, and everybody loves her. A bit shy because her whiskers are curled and don't work accurately. To taste something new she uses to lick at anything and then bite softly into to try - paper, food, fingers, ears, wood - a cute manner!
Loves: Apple juice, tubes and tunnels, sleeping under Daddys blanket between his feet, nibbling human ears and toes, the smell of glass cleaner, catching brooms, combing her friends' fur with the teeth if they want or not. Diving waterbowls in summer.
Dislikes: Noises, sudden moves, peppermint tea.


Fluse (Fuzz Fluff)

About: The frazzeling machine. She's a massive 'Wow!'
When she was 4 weeks old she was somewhat soft, wafting, tiny and sweet then - I couldn't foresee at all what she would become: two handful of a big fat heavy hardworking chunk of one pound weight, always in move. She's on diet currently. Though she is pretty. ...she doesn't want to have changed what she's used to.
Loves: Frazzling old towels & shredding everything paperlike she can get (including banknotes) to carefully build her bed. Eating. Transporting hay & straw from cage bottom to top, stuffing it into the sleeping house. Eating. Sunflower seeds. Yogurt. Apple Juice. Fishing noodles out of a water bowl in summer.
Dislikes: Mum destroying the minutious planned work of creating her bed's 'style of the day'. Daddy ranting & raving about her eating his headphone cable. Plantain.

About: Scarface. Braveheart. Little warrior. Survivor. Sharp fang. Problem child.
He went through many hands though he's just one year old: whole body covered with scars, a slit in one eyelid. Ears frazzled by parasites, a sharp bend in the tail where it was broken...
It's impossible to attract and draw him near you; he suspiciously even ignores his favorite cookies then. He eats them with pleasure when given into the begging little hands but he'll not make the smallest step forward to catch it - someone once promised cookies maybe and gave a slap in the face instead. Poor boy.
Loves: He dies for oat flakes. Baby pap. Those exiguous homeopathic pills made of powdered sugar. Sitting in Mummys shirt sleeves. Sleeping on the housetop of his cage. Backing into parking space - he moves backwards a lot, the naughty little beggar.
Dislikes: Other rats. Hands. Fingers touching him. Being caught. The Vet. People in general. Food he does not know.


Motte (The Moth)

About: Small, agile and speedy Catch-me-if-you-can with invisible eagle-wings. Had a finger amputated and a piece of the tail missing. She's brave though the former owner wanted to kill her as a baby for her unspectacular color. No cuddling rat but better than any TV-Show to watch her jump on anything reachable. Including humans necks, from behind...
Loves: Fighting for fun with human hands. Climbing. Jumping - she's training higher and higher. Stealing cigarette lighters just to hide them. Stealing everything small enough to be carried.
Dislikes: Been forced to sit still. The Vet with his needles. Dandelion. Plantain. Green food at all.

Ruki "Ruki Poo"

About: The sweetest rat ever, loves to be with his mommy, and has never hurt me in his entire life. He was born to two lab rats, and I rescued him; he has been handled since he was a pinkie. His father was a hairless, his mother a black and white hooded. He is about 11 months old, and is already a big big boy.
Loves: His mommy, Yogurt Chips, food, getting scritches, being loved on, and being with his mom.
Dislikes: Baths and the cats - he doesn't have very many at all.


Kumori "Kumi/MeMe"

About: Very calm, and loving, a bit shy, but likes to come out of her cage.
She is a little smaller then what she should be, but healthy and sweet.

Dislikes: Cats and no attention.

About: The little scaredy rat, such a beautiful little thing, and has nearly been "rat napped" by a few rat lovers because of how gorgeous she is. Loves to hang around with Spangle, as she is her body guard. 6 months old.

Dislikes: Loud noises, and the other rats picking on her.

About: This guy is a big, scary teddy bear. Sure he snatches food, can bite and occasionally gives an evil glare or two, but I love him! He's ever so sweet once out of his cage, and loves his yogies! 1.3 years old.
Loves: Hiding under immovable furniture, soy milk, food, and his cage mate, Bailey.
Dislikes: Being picked up, and no yogies!
